courtney Jay grew up in the mountains of colorado as a competitive dancer.

her journey brought her to california where she began practicing yoga and eventually became certified with her 200 hr YTT from shivakali Yoga. A school rooted in ancient wisdom and a hatha-based practice.

Today, she is back in the mountains of Colorado with over 12+ years of yoga KNOWLEDGE. She is also a certified prenatal yoga teacher through ma yoga.

Her practice is rooted in the belief that WE ALL HAVE AN intrinsic ability to move and connect to our bodies.
