In today's class, we’re connecting to our strength. Especially during times of change. Those moments in our life when we’ve arrived at a new beginning. When we need to find courage but we're experiencing resistance to change.

To help us connect to this center, we’re mixing things up and using weights! We'll move through balancing postures, core strengthening movement, and squats for rootedness.
