In this class, we’re focusing on not only connecting to the energetic white light that is our soul but also working in postures to cleanse our energy. Creating space within our energetic field to truly shine our light into this world. 

We’ll begin by using the mantra I AM to anchor us into the energetic qualities of our soul. Arrive to this class when you’re needing grounding, stagnant energy release, and a reminder of how beautiful/important  your light truly is.


 

In this class, we’re connecting with the body. Using focused movement to tap into our own innate wisdom within our body that helps guide us, helps us feel vital energy, and helps give us force to move through the day. 

Turn to this class for gentle nourishment for the body when your body needs some extra love and attention. We’ll end with a body scan meditation.


 

In this class we’re working on dissolving the mind as a way to connect to our higher consciousness. Our mind or our ego, likes to take the wheel, this can often lead to overthinking, anxiety, depression and keeps us in a loop. 

We’ll be moving stagnant energy through some dance and a grounding flow to bring our energy back into our body and out of our mind. Helping to shed negative thought-patterns and cleanse the aurora.
