24-Minute First Trimester Balanced Alignment

The first trimester is such a wild time when we experience a tremendous amount of changes and new sensations. All of it can make us feel out of balance. However, these out-of-balance feelings are all part of the process. 

In this class, we will focus on postures and breath that help to bring us back into a more balanced state as a way to stay connected to our bodies that are starting to feel different in so many ways.


 

26-Minute First Trimester: Gentle Surrender Floor Flow

Turn to this class as a way to truly support your body during all the changes and discomforts coming up during the first trimester.

We will be focusing on tuning into the body and honoring this sacred time to embrace the changes and find time to cocoon into ourselves. We will move through gentle, micro-movements for opening the hips, the pelvis, and the psoas muscles.


 

30-Minute Anxiety Reducing & Centering For All Trimesters

Using the root chakra, we will connect to a deeper sense of feeling held. Often in pregnancy, our minds run away with racing thoughts of what’s to come. This chakra helps bring us back to a sense of grounded presence.

Anxiety can arise from stagnant energy in the body. In this class, we will move through postures to help move that energy through the body while maintaining a sense of feeling grounded. 

Take this class on those days when you need to move and reconnect to yourself throughout your entire pregnancy journey.


 

20-Minute Second Trimester: Pelvic Floor Strength & Divine Feminine Movement

This class is dedicated to strengthening and honoring the pelvic floor. The pelvic floor is a hammock of muscles that runs between the pubic bone in the front and the tailbone in the back.

For women, the pelvic floor supports our womb, our bladder, and our colon. During pregnancy, our pelvic floor can become weakened. We will move through postures helping to connect us to our divine feminine and our sacred pelvic floor space. 


 

30-Minute Second & Third Trimester Sun Salutation Flow

In this class, we’re taking things outside to bathe in the gorgeous woods and mountains of Colorado! 

We'll be moving through a classic sun salutation flow but modified for the pregnant body. I designed this class to gently get the body moving in either your second or third trimester.  We’ll explore how pranayama can carry the body through the burn of squats and the release of a sun salutation all the while, honoring the light and fire within.


 

40-Minute Second & Third Trimester Sacral Chakra Connection Flow

This class is dedicated to connecting to the divine feminine through the watery energy associated with the Sacral Chakra. Tapping into this chakra during pregnancy can offer powerful shifts in how we connect to fluidity, surrender, and emotional balance. 

We will begin with a meditation using the Trimurta Mudra for finding harmony as we move through the transitions of the pregnancy journey. After that, we will move through postures that connect us to water and find some grounded movement. 

*Though I mentioned this class is designed for the second trimester, it’s deeply nourishing for the third trimester as well! Especially on those days when you’re feeling a lot of tightness in the hips. 



 

38-Minute Third Trimester Finding The Goddess Within

In the first few minutes of this class, we’re going to chat about how the third trimester can be a challenging time for keeping up with movement. From there, we’ll move into connecting to the goddess within. I share my love for the goddess Saraswati as an archetype that has been helpful for me to visualize throughout my pregnancy journey. 

We’ll also bring some “I Am” affirmations into practice to help in finding grounding words or sentences to help in labor. Then we will move into gentle movement to stretch and nourish the body.

Let this class be one you can attend daily throughout the third trimester. One that can help to connect you to consistent movement in this last stretch of the journey. 

 

20-Minute Third Trimester Daily Movement

Welcome to the final stretch of your pregnancy mama!

It can be increasingly harder to keep the body moving in the third trimester. Especially with the increase of Relaxin and the overall physical discomforts that can pop up. However, it's so good for the mind, the pregnant body, AND for the baby, to keep moving! 

This class is designed for you to turn to daily. We’ll explore a breath technique developed by Marie Mongan of The HypnoBirthing Institute. Along with a stretch I love developed by Spinning Babies to help baby move into the most optimal position for birth.

I truly hope this class offers you the expansion, release, and connection to the warrior you are in this last leg of the journey.

10-Minute fourth Trimester meditation: a journey to comE back to yourself

After our babies are born, there’s so much focus on the birth of the baby (of course) but what about the re-birth that you experienced alongside your little one?

What about the depths of strength and upheaval that you had to endure? What about the massive transformation you went through in this child bearing year?

In the months that follow the birth of your little one, there must be gentle time given to the journey back to yourself. Let this meditation be a stepping stone for this return. Make sure baby is cared for and allow this to be sacred time for you, mama.
