24-Minute Dynamic Heart Opening & Strengthening Flow

Get ready to move and breathe in this dynamic flow. 

We’ll start with shoulder releasing seated postures to help open the heart space. Then we’ll move into a strengthening flow that’ll challenge balance, connect to pranayama, and expand the heart. We’ll end with a meditation to bring awareness to our tender heart center, finding compassion and love.
