50-Minute Hip Opening Yin Yang Flow

In this 50-minute class, we will be building strength and heat working with the masculine Yang energy. While tapping into the feminine energy of a Yin practice. Focusing on moving slower, resting often, and holding restorative postures to help in opening the hips. We tend to carry stress and emotion in our hips, especially when we are sitting all day. Let this class be your emotional release.
