30-Minute Honoring the Stage You're In: Gentle Grief Flow

In this 30-minute class, we will be reconnecting to the simple act of breath and movement during times when those two things seem too hard to do.

 We will be gently moving through postures meant to unbind the heart from constraints and softly hold ourselves in love. Surrender into this class for an emotional and physical release, and meet yourself wherever you are with tender care.
